Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. International orders are shipped through DHL. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing during peak times like holidays, and 2-5 business days for standard shipping domestically.

Processing and delivery times may be longer due to unforeseeable circumstances or high volume of orders.

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description. Orders containing a pre-order item and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date. 



We offer additional voluntary insurance for lost, stolen or not received packages via Route.  This option is available at checkout for a small fee.  If you deselect the shipping insurance at checkout FromBritt will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail FromBritt is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All priority orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at  Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.


If you are in Georgia you may visit our showroom and pick up your order.  After your order is placed you will receive a text notification once your order is ready for pick up.  Please allow 24-48 hours for pick up notification.  If you would like same day pick up please call our office at (678)396-5826.  Pick up orders will be held for 5 business days after notification has been sent.  After 5 business days you will be require to provide a shipping address and have you order shipped at your expense. A shipping invoice will be provided via email to cover shipping charges. If the invoice is not paid within 3 business days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for a future purchase.  NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. 

CURBSIDE PICK AVAILABLE ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We accept cash, Zelle and Cash App in store.
